Office Support Specialist – Full Time
Duties
The Office Specialist will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative support activities for various departments within the Agency. Duties will include; answer telephone, greet visitors, and monitor access to designated entrances. Accurate spreadsheet development and maintenance for various Agency tracking systems is essential in this position. Other clerical duties as will be performed as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Graduate or equivalent and 2-4 years of recent office experience required. Associates Degree in Business Office Admin or closely related field preferred. Must have excellent computer skills with knowledge of job-related software and data entry. Exceptional customer service skills are required. Good phone etiquette and strong written, oral, electronic and interpersonal communication skills.
