Facilities Services Coordinator – Full-Time
Duties
Oversee and supervise the Agency custodial staff and related services. Coordinate the development of work schedules and activities that result in high quality and timely services. Ensure that the grounds and facility are maintained with a focus on safety, cleanliness and appearance.
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent and five years of facility based maintenance/custodial experience required. Prior supervisory experience and advanced training/certification preferred. This applicant is required to have a valid Ohio driver’s license and be in compliance with Agency insurance carrier requirements, must meet all requirements necessary to provide non-medical and/or HPC transportation according to the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities.
