Community Employment

Our Community Employment Program offers a broad range of assessment, training, and job placement services to adults and high school students with disabilities, in nine counties in Southwest Ohio. Our program ensures consumers are equipped with the job skills, self-confidence and one-on-one support to reach their personal employment goals and achieve financial independence.  We are CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited in Employment Services, Transition Services and Self Employment.

Our Job Coaches are certified and ready to serve individuals through the Employment First Initiative in the State of Ohio.  Employment First is a collaborative effort to support individuals with Developmental Disabilities in a competitive employment environment.  To learn more about Employment First in Ohio, visit the website at http://www.ohioemploymentfirst.org/
