Community Based Assessment

Community Based Assessments are an opportunity to assess an individual’s strengths, employability, behaviors, preferences, and job readiness skills. The purpose of this service is to assess an individual’s strengths and needs and to make recommendations for future programming.
Experiences range in duration of weeks of paid training in area of interest. URS provides compensation based on hourly minimum wage and provides Worker’s Compensation coverage during the service.

- Animal Care, Food Service, Auto Detailing, Clerical, Dietary, Retail, Childcare, Maintenance, Janitorial, Personal care, Dietary, Factory and warehouse, Assembly
Current Sites where URS has individuals participating:
- Walgreens, Clark State Community College, Forest Glen, Kmart, Los Mariachis, YMCA’s, Jeff Wyler Automotive, ACE Hardware, City of Fairborn offices, Gander Mountain, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Home Goods, Olive Garden, Hampton Inn, Red Roof Inn, Woody’s Barbeque, Elmcroft, Francis Kennels, Key Chrysler Dodge Jeep, FH Bonn, and many more.
