Physical Therapy

Bobbi Moushon, MS PT, ATP, CKTP – bmoushon@ursdayton.org – ext. 147

Bobbi is a physical therapist who has been employed at URS since March 2005. She is currently the Clinical Services Manager. Bobbi graduated with her undergraduate degree in anatomy and physiology in 2002 followed by her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 2003 from Andrews University in Michigan.  She is currently certified as a Kinesio-Tape Practitioner.  While working at URS, Bobbi has expanded her knowledge in the areas of aquatics, pediatric patients with significant neurological/physical impairment, orthotics, Myofacial techniques, and the use of functional e-stim to improve use of muscles.  Outside of work Bobbi enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 boys Alex and Zach and 2 Welsh Corgis.  She also loves to get away for a run or bike ride.

Catherine Gohrband, PT, MHS, DPT, PCS – cgohrband@ursdayton.org – ext. 116

Catherine Gohrband has been a Physical Therapist at United Rehabilitation Services since October 2012.   She has a variety of pediatric experience in hospital based, school -based, private practice and outpatient settings; and most recently as Director of the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Edison Community College.   She received her Bachelor of Science degree at Indiana University , her Masters in Health Sciences degree from University of Indianapolis and her Clinical Doctoral degree from University of Kentucky. She is currently working toward a Doctoral degree in Rehabilitation at the University of Kentucky.  Catherine is a Certified Pediatric Specialist and has 33 years of pediatric experience.  She does some teaching in the pediatric modules for entry level PT students at both University of Kentucky and University of Dayton.  Catherine lives in Troy, Ohio, and lives with her husband and 18 year old daughter who will be attending OSU in the fall. She has a son at Ohio Northern and her oldest son is getting married and will be at the University of Michigan in the fall.

Autumn Davis, PT, DPT  adavis@ursdayton.org – ext. 116

Autumn is a Physical Therapist who has been employed at URS since November 2014. She earned both her Bachelor of Health Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy Degrees at Andrews University in Berrien Springs Michigan. Autumn has had clinical experience in pediatric out patient, inpatient and home health settings. Autumn is dedicated to improving the quality of life in each of her patients, and is thoroughly enjoying her time at URS.  Autumn enjoys being out in nature, reading, spending time with her dogs, Sandie and Ivan, and spending time with friends and family.

Occupational Therapy

Suzie Carmona, OTR/L- scarmona@ursdayton.org – ext. 151

Suzie is a registered occupational therapist and has 27 years of experience. She has worked at United Rehabilitation Services since September of 2006. Previously Suzie worked at CP Rochester in Rochester New York for 18 years. Suzie has worked with adults and children with both cognitive and physical impairments in a variety of settings including, schools, adapted work sites and homes.  Her passion for occupational therapy strives from the joy and excitement she receives seeing individuals reach their potential and personal goals. Suzie enjoys exploring adaptive equipment opportunities for patients to help them reach their highest level of functioning. Suzie has been married for 22 years and has two boys ages 19 and 16. Her oldest is pursuing a degree in occupational therapy. Her youngest, is a fiery red head with a passion for tennis.

Christy Gagel, COTA/L – cgagel@ursdayton.org – ext. 151

Christy is a certified occupational therapy assistant and has been employed at URS since June of 2006. She graduated president of her class as well as president of the International Honor Society Phi Theta Kappa in 2002. Christy has been working solely with the pediatric population for 10 years providing services with dedication to provide the best possible treatment. Christy has three wonderful children who keep her busy at home: Cody, Monique and Kayly.

Sara Gosser, OTD, OTR/Lsgosser@ursdayton.org – ext. 151

Sara is an occupational therapist and has been employed at URS since July 2014. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Recreational Therapy and Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from the University of Toledo. Sara has clinical experience with the pediatric population in a variety of settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and the community. She is dedicated to assisting children improve their functioning through meaningful activities. In her spare time, Sara enjoys reading, staying active, and engaging in the expressive arts.

Speech Language Pathology

Katie Poock, MA, CCC-SLP- kpoock@ursdayton.org – ext 121

Katie is a speech language pathologist who began working at URS in July 2013. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Disorders from Bowling Green State University and her Master of Arts degree in Speech Language Pathology from The University of Akron. Katie has had experience working in a variety of settings, including hospital inpatient and outpatient, skilled nursing facilities, and home health. Katie is trained in the use of Vital Stim for dysphagia treatment and LSVT-LOUD for voice treatment. Katie is originally from northern Ohio and loves to go back and spend time on Lake Erie with family and friends during the summer. She also enjoys reading and cheering on her favorite teams – Detroit Red Wings, New England Patriots, and the Buckeyes!

Karlee Ferrier, MA/CCC-SLPkcyprych@ursdayton.org – ext. 123

Karlee is a speech-language pathologist who began working at URS in January 2013. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Hearing, Speech and Language Sciences from Ohio University and her Master of Arts in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Cincinnati. Karlee has experience with all ages from infants to adults. She also has experience in a variety of different clinical settings including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, schools, outpatient, home health and long term care. She is Vital Stim certified and is passionate about remediating the speech/language and feeding/swallowing needs of children and adults with a variety of disorders. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with her family.

Kim Munn, M.S., CCC-SLP – kmunn@ursdayton.org – ext. 122

Kim is a Speech-Language Pathologist and has been employed at URS since September 2014.  She received both her Bachelor of Science degree and her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.  Kim has experience working in skilled nursing facilities, hospital inpatient and outpatient services, private clinics, and public school programs serving students of preschool age through grade twelve.  Kim has been married to her husband for over thirty years and they have two grown sons, one daughter-in-law, and a new little granddaughter.  She enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Bridget is a Speech-Language Pathologist who began working at URS in September 2014. She received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of Cincinnati and her Masters in Speech Pathology from The Ohio State University. Bridget has experience working with children in a variety of settings including a special needs school and pre-schools, clinics, and typical public school and preschool. She is passionate about helping children and adults find their voice to be the best communicators possible. Bridget is originally from Columbus and loves cheering on her Buckeyes, bowling, and kayaking when the weather is nice.

Clinical Support

Renee is responsible for clinical billing.  She has three dogs, Sedona, Sadie and Avery that love to play outdoors. Renee was born in Yakima, Washington and grew up in Lindenhurst, Illinois.  She attended Southern Illinois University and served in the military.   Renee has two brothers and two sisters, all scattered around the Midwest.  She also has 11 nieces and nephews.  She enjoys the chance to spend time with her family at reunions, graduations and birthdays.

Patti is a clinical support specialist and has been at URS since March 2012.  She was raised in Indiana and attended Indiana University. Patti has lived in Huber Heights for the last 27 years. She has 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls and 5 grandchildren, 4 boys and 1 girl. Patti’s primary hobby is spending time with her family, especially on the weekends.  She also always carries a book with her and enjoys all types of music.

Bev lives in Piqua with her husband.  She has 2 children, a son and a daughter and 2 grandchildren.  She has been with URS since 2013. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling and making jewelry.
